Intrinsic’s founder Lisa Hardmeyer Gray has been teaching Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness training for over six years. But then she decided to set up her own consultancy and reached out to us for a little design meditation. We got her up and running with a simple, centered, identity in cool elemental colors and a website where her workshop clients could download her guided meditation and training podcasts.
