We believe that optimism and happiness in times of challenge and trial is itself a radical act.
Q&A has been celebrating the International Day of Happiness for several years by delivering Girl Scout cookies to our clients and friends. We’re not able to do that today. But as we all try to wade through this pandemic together, it’s our conviction that carving out a few minutes to experience a little joy sticks it right in the eye of this pernicious virus (though technically viruses don’t have eyes).
Our hearts go out to those who have been affected. Be cautious. Be kind. Good people are doing good things and progress is being made. Support the arts, restaurants, local businesses and everyone you can. And (virtually) join us for a little bit of cookie happiness today.
Since 2013, the UN has celebrated the International Day of Happiness.
This day recognizes the importance of happiness in the lives of people around the world. In 2015 the United Nations launched 17 Sustainable Development Goals that seek to end poverty, reduce inequality, and protect our planet—three key aspects that lead to well-being and happiness.
