JayMarc : General Brochure

JayMarc Homes specializes in high-quality custom homes in the Seattle area. This brochure was developed to showcase the special touches that make JayMarc a unique homebuilder as well as serve as a “how-to” on the custom homebuilding process. Through the use of a die-cut sleeve with the warm evening amber tones of the photography peeking through, pearlescent paper, and unique interior folds, this piece showcased JayMarc’s attention to detail and beauty. A foldout spread walks the buyer through the steps and timeline. A localized version specifically for the Chinese market was also developed.
